В работе представлен вариант радикальной антеградной модульной мобилизации опухоли дистальной части поджелудочной железы, который относится к изоляции “no-touch”. Проведен анализ современной литературы, посвященной этому варианту мобилизации. Необходимо проведение дополнительного исследования для уточнения целесообразности такой мобилизации.

The article introduces a variant of radical antegrade modular mobilization of tumors of distal part of the pancreas, which belongs to “no-touch” approach. The review of modern literature on this approach was carried out. The further studies are needed to establish advisability of this variant of mobilization.
