Есть ли будущее у дренирующих операций при хроническом панкреатите? Систематический критический обзор литературы

Проведен критический систематический анализ дренирующих методов лечения осложненного хронического панкреатита. Проведена оценка эффективности дренирующих методов с точки зрения устранения панкреатической протоковой гипертензии. Предложена классификация панкреатической протоковой гипертензии, позволяющая определять подходы к выбору ее коррекции. Определено место дренирующих операций при лечении осложненного хронического панкреатита.

Will We Use Drainage Operations for Chronic Pancreatitis in the Future? (Systematic Review)

Draining techniques for complicated chronic pancreatitis were analyzed. The efficiency of draining methods in terms of pancreatic ductal hypertension elimination was assessed. The new classification of pancreatic hypertension is offered that defines the approaches for its surgical correction.
