Представлено клиническое наблюдение успешного хирургического лечения пациента с рецидивирующим кровотечением из сосудистых мальформаций двенадцатиперстной кишки. Акцентировано внимание на трудностях диагностики и выбора лечебной тактики у таких больных. Оперативное вмешательство необходимо выполнять при неэффективности других методов лечения. В целях обеспечения большей функциональности и лучшего качества жизни пациента в отдаленном периоде предпочтение следует отдавать органосохраняющим методам.

A clinical case of successful surgical treatment of a patient with recurrent bleeding from vascular malformations of the duodenum is presented. Attention is focused on the difficulties of diagnosis and the choice of treatment tactics in such patients. Surgery should be performed if other treatment methods are ineffective. In order to provide greater functionality and a better quality of life for the patient in the long term, preference should be given to organ-preserving techniques.
