Assessment of Respiratory Excursion of a Diaphragm by the Way of Ultrasonography as an Evaluation of a Performing Respiration of Musicians Playing the Trumpets and Singers

The examinations have shown the abilities of ultrasonography for definition of diaphragm's role in performing respiration of trumpet-player and vocalists. The coordinated work of a diaphragm during a performance is called as “support”. The interrelation between locomotions of a diaphragm and a quality of the sound produced was revealed. Investigation of an influence of a diaphragm on formation of a “support” allowed categorizing a “support” as a performance professional skill.
