X-ray Diagnostic of Postbulbar Duodenal Ulcers at Women

Aim. To learn x-ray features of postbulbar duodenal ulcers at women. Materials and methods. Clinical experience of differential features of ''difficult'' (atypical) duodenal ulcers at 214 patients undergone to operation was put to the basis of the research. Postbulbar ulcer was diagnosed at 64 of them during the operation. Diagnostics include: esophagogastroduodenoscopy, multipositional x-ray, general and biochemical blood tests, bacteriologic methods of investigation of gastric mucous activeness, morphological analysis. Results. General diagnostic and X-ray criteria were concretized on the basis of retrospective analysis of diagnosis before operation in comparison with operational findings. Conclusion. Modern diagnostics of ''difficult'' (atypical) duodenal ulcers considering their size and localization requires development of new technical ways and their realization.
