Ultrasonic Diagnostics of Morphologic and Functional Abnormalities of Pancreatohep Atobiliar System at Cholelithiasis

Ultrasonography at cholelithiasis should not be restricted to an establishment of a gall-stone and dimensions of a common bile duct. 63–76% of patients are discovered some morphological changes in hepatopancreatic system and disorders of the venous visceral blood flow, resulting to a development of indigestion. Investigation of echogenicity of a liver and pancreas, and parameters of a venous visceral circulation allows to verify morphofunctional abnormalities of a hepatopancreatic system before operation and to define a treatment after surgical procedures.
