Myocardial perfusion at patients with aortic stenosis is still insufficiently known. Last years radionuclide myocardial perfusion has been commonly performing to coronal heart disease patients for a determination of a microcirculation. Radionuclide myocardial perfusion was performed to 16 from 41 patients, subjected to balloon dilatation an aortic stenosis, both before and after operation. A disorder of myocardial perfusion was revealed at 15 (93.8%) from 16 patients. All these patients were subjected then to a successful balloon dilatation with decrease of systolic pressure gradient between left ventricle and aorta from 125.1 ± 40.5 to 37.4 ± 20.32 mm (р less 0.05). The most of the patients revealed an improvement of a myocardial perfusion with a subsequent normalization during the first day after the procedure and others – in 2–3 months after it.
