Utilization of Antioxidants in Treatment of a Traumatic Hemophtalm (Experimental Investigation)

The investigation was performed on 30 rabbits chinchilla breed with average weight 2.5 kg. All animals were divided on two groups: main and control. The ultrasonography of an oculus was performed to all rabbits with traumatic hemophtalm with a help of multifunctional diagnostic device VOLUSON 730 Pro (“Kretz”), using a linear probe SP 10–16 MHz and a volumetric probe 5–10 Mhz. A common ultrasonography included a high frequency B-regimen and a 3D reconstruction of an oculus and orbit in real time regimen. The results testify the efficacy of antioxidants in treatment of traumatic intraocular hemorrhages.
