Utilization of 3D reconstruction of CT scans for a choice of surgical tactics at infected pancreatic necrosis

Threedimensional reconstruction is an actual aim under surgical treatment of infected pancreatic necrosis. Pancreatic necrosis most of all requires an individual way to operations. The purpose of the study is to develop the system of threedimensional visualization of abdominal organs on the base of 3D reconstructions CT scans for a choice of the optimum access and surgical tactics. 3D reconstruction of CT scans allows to determinate a rational surgical access, to plan a volume of a surgical procedure, a diagnostic puncture and a surgical approach for undertaking drainage under different forms of pancreatic necrosis and its complications.
