Multispiral Multiphase CT-Arterioportography in Diagnostics of Tumorous Lesions of Liver

The item describes the potentials of CT-arterioportogrpahy in diagnostics of tumorous lesions of liver. A dynamic of contrast enhancement of a liver is illustrated taking into account a rate of an injection and a volume of contrast agent injected through upper mesenteric artery. The reasons of possible false negative and false positive results of CTAP because of perfusion defects are given. The role of multiphase examination in diagnostics of tumorous lesions of a liver is advocated.
