The Possibilities of Ultrasonography in Assessment of the Efficiency of Treatment of Gastritis, Gastroduodenitis, Duodenitis, Ulcer, Motor and Evacuation Disorders of the Stomach and the Duodenum on Different Periods of a Decease Development

The aim of the present research is to study of the capacities of ultrasonography in evaluation of the efficiency of treatment of gastritis, gastroduodenitis, duodenitis, ulcer, motor and evacuation disorders of the stomach and the duodenum on different periods of decease development. The data derived from X-ray, endoscopy and histological examinations were compared with the results of ultrasonography. The effect of medicines on the epigenesis of ulcer defect and on its cicatrisation was studied during the ultrasonography. An interactive study of prokinetics and spasmolytics on different types of motor and evacuation disorders of stomach and duodenum was performed. The ultrasonography can be the leading method during monitoring of pathological changes in stomach and duodenum, monitoring of motor and evacuator disorders. This method can be determinant for the selection of an adequate therapy.
