Imaging Kidneys and Urinary Tract in Pediatrics

E.N. Tsygina, I.V. Dvoryakovsky, A.N. Tsygin

A review of up to date approach to visualization methods in childhood nephropathies is presented. Indications for optimal application of ultrasonography, radionuclide imaging, traditional Xray survey, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography discussed with a consideration of clinical data and child's age.

Keywords:
childhood nephropathies, diagnostic imaging.
