В статье приведены обзор литературы и собственные клинические наблюдения 5 пациенток с лимфангиолейомиоматозом легких. Описаны морфологические признаки заболевания. Особое внимание уделено методу мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии в диагностике поражения легких при данном заболевании.
