Редкая аномалия развития правых отделов сердца и полых вен

Представлен клинический случай аномалии развития правых отделов сердца, верхних и нижней полых вен выявленный при компьютерной томографии с болюсным усилением. Праволежащая нижняя полая вена, минуя печень, в грудной полости сливалась с левой верхней полой веной, образуя общий ствол, который впадал в левую половину расположенного в виде “подковы” в основании сердца правое предсердие. Правая верхняя полая вена и печеночные вены впадали в правую половину правого предсердия.

A Rare Malformation Right Heartand Vena Cava

Clinical case of anomalies of the right heart, the upper and lower vena cava revealed by computed tomography with bolus enhancement. Lower hollow Vienna, bypassing the liver and in the thoracic cavity merged with the left superior vena cava, forming a common trunk, which flows into the left side is located in a ''''horseshoe'''' at the base of the right atrium of the heart. The right superior vena cava and hepatic Vienna fell into the right half of the right atrium.
