Возможности ультразвуковой оценки ригидности аорты и ее значимость при патологии сердца и сосудов

В обзоре представлены возможности ультразвуковой диагностики в определении параметров регионарной и локальной аортальной жесткости. Показана роль аорты как сосуда, интегрирующего патологические процессы в артериальной стенке вследствие своего анатомического расположения и особенностей строения. Проанализированы данные литературы, демонстрирующие клиническую значимость ригидности аорты в качестве маркера сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.

In the literature review the value of ultrasound in the aortic wall elastic properties assessment is analyzed. The role of aorta as a vessel integrating pathological processes in arterial wall because of location and structure features are shown.
