Ультразвуковая диагностика специфического поражения женской репродуктивной системы при неходжкинской лимфоме

Проанализированы данные обследования 35 больных с поражением органов репродуктивной системы при неходжкинской лимфоме. Представлены случаи поражения молочной железы, яичников, матки, шейки матки, влагалища с разными морфологическими вариантами неходжкинской лимфомы. Описана ультразвуковая семиотика патологических очагов в репродуктивных органах, оценены возможности эхографии в первичной дифференциальной диагностике неходжкинской лимфомы.

Ultrasound Diagnostics of Female Reproductive Organs Lesion in Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Results of 35 women with reproductive organs lesion in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma ultrasound investigation were analyzed. Cases of mammary glands, ovaries, uterus, neck of the uterus, and vagina involvement in different morphological types of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma are presented. Ultrasound semiotics of reproductive organs lesion is described. The value of ultrasound in primary diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is assessed.
