В работе представлено наблюдение над 22-летней первобеременной, поступившей в клинику в связи с выявленным асцитом у плода в сроке 34 нед беременности. Проведенное ультразвуковое исследование позволило исключить структурные аномалии развития плода. Назначенная терапия способствовала разрешению асцита. Дальнейшее течение беременности было неосложненным. Беременная родоразрешена в 38 нед здоровой девочкой.

The case of 22-old-year woman, primigravida, admitted to clinic with 34 week of pregnancy complicated by fetal ascites. Ultrasound examination allowed excluding structural abnormalities of fetal development. Appropriate therapy was administered and resolution of ascites was reached. Further outcome of pregnancy was uncomplicated. A live female child was born in 38th week of gestation.
