Considering the fact that cardiovascular diseases continue to take the leading position among the mortality reasons the acute coronary occurrences prevention and consequently revealing the people without coronary disease symptoms but with the high cardiovascular risk are the most important aims today. The review of studies dedicated to the atherosclerosis early revealing methods was given. The newest studies in this research area were described.
