Aim of study was to compare the right ventricle systolic function measurements achieved by TomTec and Echo PAC workstations at cardiologic emergency department, intensive care unit, and cardiac surgery block. 53 patients (39 men and 14 women) aged from 29 to 78 years who admitted the hospital with progression of acute decompensated heart failure were included to research. Volume right ventricle measurements (end3diastolic volume, end3systolic volume, and stroke volume) and right ventricle ejection fraction achieved by 4D RV TomTec and 4D LV Echo PAC computer graphic didn't differ significantly. Rank correlation analysis revealed the significant positive correlations between all parameters measured by 4D RV TomTec and 4D LV Echo PAC. Lineal regression and Bland–Altman method showed the significant agreement between all the parameters measured by 4D RV TomTec and 4D LV Echo PAC. Time of postprocessing reconstruction of right ventricle volume with Echo PAC workstation was significantly lower than that of 4D RV TomTec.
