Представлен обзор возможностей стрессэхокардиографии у пациентов с постоянными электрокардиостимуляторами. Описаны варианты стресс-тестов, определены их особенности. Перечислены преимущества и недостатки стресс-эхокардиографии с электрокардиостимуляцией. Охарактеризованы особенности проведения теста при помощи других стресс-агентов. Предложены алгоритмы проведения стресс-эхокардиографии в различных клинических ситуациях.
