Aim of the investigation is evaluation of immediate results of simultaneous nephrectomy and different volume liver resection in the liver and kidney malignant tumor patients. 5 patients (mean age 54 years) are operated on during 2009–2009 years. An operation in all cases included nephrectomy, liver resection (hemihepatectomy, atypical and anatomical segmentectomy), sigmoid colon resection in one case, splenectomy – in another and distal pancreatectomy – in the third. After peculiar selection of the patients and evaluation of their general condition and the tumor spreading the combined and simultaneous operations on the liver and kidneys are bearable.
