Вмешательства на печени позиционируют как одни из наиболее сложных в абдоминальной хирургии. Постоянное совершенствование миниинвазивных технологий позволяет значительно уменьшить интраоперационную травму и число послеоперационных осложнений при операциях на печени. В настоящее время в руках хирургов появился принципиально новый инструмент - роботический комплекс da Vinci, являющийся логическим продолжением и развитием лапароскопической технологии. В обзоре проанализированы данные мировой литературы о применении комплекса da Vinci в хирургии печени.

Operations on the liver are considered to be the most challenging ones in abdominal surgery. The constant development of minimally invasive techniques results in significant decrease of intraoperative injury and postoperative complication rate after liver surgery. Da Vinci robotic surgical system, which represents a new step in the development of laparoscopic techniques, is a completely novel tool that is nowadays available for surgeons. The purpose of this review is to analyze the international literature on application of da Vinci system in liver surgery.
