We present the results of radiothermometry (RTM) of 79 patients with various diseases of breast (6 with cancer in situ, 24 with invasive cancer, proliferation with atypia – 15, and 34 with other benign diseases). RTM included taking of a core and skin mammar temperature with a help of radiothermometer RTM-01-RAS. Thermal changes were estimated on a six-ball scale from Th- up to Th5. A level of thermal changes in dependence on a degree of tumor's malignancy, and a connection between temperature and the data of dopplerography was investigated. It was shown, that an intensity of thermal changes was defined first of all by a degree of the malignancy. At 85% of patients with high grade tumors maximal thermal changes took place (Th5). The expressed thermal changes occurred in 83% of patients with cancer in situ, in 96.6% of patients with invasive cancer, in 80% of patients with atypia, and in 44.5% of patients with ductal hyperplasia. None of the patients with cancer in situ showed any blood flow changes, on color Doppler ultrasonography. Conclusions: the method is suitable for screening and differential diagnostics of borderline breast diseases.
