В статье приведен обзор литературы и собственное наблюдение ксантогранулематозного холецистита. Большое внимание уделено описанию патогенеза этого заболевания. Показаны трудности дооперационной дифференциальной диагностики ксантогранулематозного холецистита и рака желчного пузыря.

A case of xantogranulematose cholecystitis and a literature review with the special attention to its pathogenesis are given in this paper. Difficulties of preoperational differential diagnosis of this entity and gallbladder cancer are given too.
