В статье рассматривается критика результатов исследования STICH с вопросами к оценке жизнеспособного миокарда при его реваскуляризации. Приводится клинический пример, когда в результате реваскуляризации инфарктзависимой передней межжелудочковой артерии при хронической окклюзии правой коронарной артерии и очаговых изменениях миокарда могут быть получены парадоксальные результаты, вплоть до изображений, подобных аневризме при исследовании неинвазивными методами.

The article addresses the STICH research criticism, in particular, myocardium vitality assessment in case of its revascularization. A clinical example is given to illustrate paradoxial results of infarction dependent artery revascularization with chronic occlusion of another coronary artery and local myocardium changes up to the situation that may be called left ventricular aneurysm in noninvasive researches.
