В статье описываются важность точной оценки распространенности рака тела матки в пределах миометрия, а также влияние этого параметра на тактику оператив ного лечения. Подробно описывается методика МР-исследования при предоперационном стадировании рака тела матки, в том числе планирование и интерпретация динамического контрастного усиления, сбор данных и анализ диффузионновзвешенных изображений. Анализируются основные ошибки в определении глубины опухолевой инфильтрации миометрия и способы их преодоления.

The article deals with importance of assessment of myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma, the influence of this factor to the surgical management. Author describes the methodical aspects of MR imaging at the endometrial cancer in details, including planning and interpretation of dynamic contrast enhancement and diffusion weighted images. General pearls and pitfalls in preoperative tumor staging are analyzed.
