Five women with cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy were investigated in gestation age of 4.5–7.5 weeks with the help of ultrasound. Progressive pregnancy was diagnosed in four patients and non progressive – in one. Main ultrasound signs of cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy were: 1) in case of single-fetus pregnancy absence of gestational sac in uterus cavity; 2) lower part anterior uterus wall defect; 3) gestational sac location in the lower part anterior uterus wall defect; 4) anterior uterus wall thickness decreasing in defect zone. Ultrasound correct diagnose was made in all cases. Echography is the valuable method for cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy diagnosis and management.
