The soft tissue calcification is a serious problem in patients with the kidneys chronic diseases. The uremic tumoral calcinosis is a rare manifestation of the ectopic calcification characterized by the dense calcific masses in the soft tissues mostly around the big joints. Two clinical observations demonstrating the ultrasound methods possibilities in the diagnosis of the uremic tumoral calcinosis are presented.
