Представлены современные сведения из медицинской литературы о пострезекционных геморрагических осложнениях в хирургической панкреатологии. Подробному анализу подвергли современную классификационную систему, эпидемиологические данные и факторы риска послеоперационных кровотечений. Рассмотрены возможные направления модификации имеющейся схемы классификации кровотечений после резекции поджелудочной железы.

The paper analyzes modern literature data regarding post-resection hemorrhagic complications in surgical pancreatology. The modern classification system, epidemiological data and risk factors for postoperative bleeding are analyzed in detail. Critical analysis of the use of postpancreatectomy hemorrhage classification was carried out.
