Changes of Hepatic Hemodynamic at Patients with Different Diseases of a Liver

Radionuclide methods of diagnostic imaging, being functional, are not able to define a reason of a disease, to set whether toxic or infection agent has led to liver disease. But they allow evaluating quantitatively a degree of a functional lesion of the organ that in its turn allows to make a more precise prognosis and to monitor a treatment. The suggested modality permits to investigate both a portal hemodynamic and a function of reticuloendothelial system of a liver only at a singe intravenous injection of a radioisotope. This essentially decreases a radiation exposure to a patient and staff, and taken data have a great value when differential diagnostics of chronic hepatitis, hepatosis and cirrhosis is conducted.
