The study describes the results of radionuclide myocardial perfusion at systemic angiitis. 34 patients (20 women and 14 men) at the age of 22 till 75 years (mean = 48.2 ± 4.3 years) were examined. One-photon emissive computed tomography of a myocardium with intravenous injection of 500 Mbc 99mТс was performed to all of the patients. A distribution of radionuclide in a myocardium was visually assessed as: even (normal), disseminated or focal. There weren't revealed any changes of a myocardial perfusion at 32% of patients. At 41% patients we found a focal myocardial lesion and in 27% – a disseminated one. Focal changes of a myocardial perfusion were more common at nodous periarteritis. Diffuse changes were quite often at Charg-Stross syndrome and diffuse changes were observed at Wegener's granulomatosis and nonspecific arteritis.
