Sonographic Syndrome of Cartilaginous Plate's Changes in Small and Medium Joints at Rheumatoid and Dystrophic Disorders

In connection with an abundance of systemic diseases of the connective tissue and dystrophic disorders among the population, dependence of the efficacy of treatment of these diseases on early revealing of the pathology, necessity for a quest of a new diagnostic technique, allowing to diagnose cartilaginous changes has arisen. This work is based on the analysis of results of 1765 ultrasonographies performed to 1032 rheumatological patients. The basic ultrasonic signs of hyaline cartilage lesions are discharged. The specific changes are submitted for each of the diseases; accuracy of ultrasonography for revealing of the cartilaginous syndrome is shown.
