The Sonographic Finding of a Peritoneal Space and a Digestive Tract in Noncomplicated Clinical Course of the Early Postoperative Period

The results of the research are analyzed in the present paper: ultrasonography was performed to five hundred seventyseven patients in early postoperative period after various abdominal cavity interventions. According to ultrasonography the most significant sonographic signs of a noncomplicated clinical course of peritoneal space and gastrointestinal tract of the early postoperative period were detected. Each of the detected ultrasonic signs has the certain dynamic changes within time limits. Ultrasonic evaluation of abdominal cavity alteration after operative interventions allows to detect deviations and to correct intraperitoneal complications in the early stage.
