Приведены данные литературы и собственное наблюдение пупочного канатика с наличием одной артерии у новорожденного. Отмечены частота и клинические особенности подобной аномалии строения пуповины, а также характеристики ультразвуковой картины.

In this case report and short literature review the pathology of single umbilical artery is described. Epidemiology, clinical signs and ultrasound properties of this entity are given.
