Метастазы почечноклеточного рака в поджелудочную железу (обзор литературы и клинический пример)

Метастатическое поражение поджелудочной железы – это редкая патология, которая встречается не чаще чем в 5% от всех опухолей поджелудочной железы. Диагноз устанавливается при инструментальном обследовании, поскольку клинические проявления у большинства пациентов отсутствуют. Дифференциальный диагноз на основании лучевых методов исследования с первичными опухолями поджелудочной железы, особенно нейроэндокринными, чрезвычайно сложен ввиду сходной семиотики

Metastases to the Pancreas from Renal Carcinoma (Literature Review and Case Report)

Metastases to the pancreas are rare abnormality that occurs not more than 5% of all tumors of the pancreas. The tumor is diagnosed by instrumental examination, because clinical signs are absent in most patients. The differential diagnosis based on radiological examination with primary pancreatic tumors, especially neuroendocrine tumors. Diagnostics is extremely difficult due to a similar semiotics of such tumors.
