Холецистолитиаз у больных с хроническими заболеваниями печени (Обзор иностранной литературы)

Холецистолитиаз – камни желчного пузыря – имеется у 10–20% населения развитых стран. При хронических заболеваниях печени камни желчного пузыря встречаются значительно чаще. Так, при аутопсии холецистолитиаз находят в 3,6–46,0% наблюдений, или в 1,2–3 раза чаще, чем в популяции [1]. В то же время по данным УЗИ частота холецистолитиаза варьирует уже от 22 до 54% [2–6]. Несмотря на высокую распространенность, лечение этого патологии у пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями печени остается, как правило, консервативным [1, 2], поэтому целью этого обзора является оценка данных по существующим и перспективным стратегиям лечения данной категории больных.
