66 orthotopic liver transplantation is provided during 2008–2011 years. In 66.5% of cases the hepatic artery normal anatomy was revealed. Different variants of the right hepatic artery was noticed in 11%, variants of the left – in 15%, a double transposition – in 3%, transposition of the common hepatic artery in – 1.5% and rare anomalies – in 3%. 7 (10.6%) patients developed the hepatic artery stenosis postoperatively. A reason of the complication appeared to be a technical factor, following elaboration of the liver transplantation technique in the beginning of the study.
