Subdural and Epidural Hemorrhages at First Months' Newborns

The article presents findings of epidural and subdural hemorrhages of a various (a trauma, a hemorrhagic syndrome, a purulent meningitis), including an obscure etiology at neonatal children of the first 2 months of life. Results of brain's ultrasonography in the В-regimen, including nonstandard approaches (for example a scanning through a zone of bone's fracture) and Doppler examinations of a cerebral blood flow. The features of performing of the neurosonography at newborns with a precede trauma and a role of a ''reflecting'' artifact occurring at scanning through hematoma are discussed. Changes of a cerebral hemodynamic and brain's structures are monitored during the disease. A review of the literature concerning this theme is given.
