Why couldn't we Improve Diagnosis of a ''Contemporary'' Cancer of a Stomach without Turning Back to Gastro-Entero-Oncology

The authors devote this article to a radical correction of a contemporary conception of diagnosis of stomach cancer on the basis of a very rich self-experience. The authors underline a considerable changes in stomach cancer's appearance happened in recent decades. These are changes in the rate of its morphological forms, increasing the rate of primary lesions in the upper part, anterior wall and greater curvature of stomach. Authors sat that the same problem we meet when deal with colorectal cancer and esophageal cancer. As long as diffuse and mixed forms of stomach cancer are dominating, the contemporary radiological signs of the cancer should be an irregularity of outlines and a thickness of stomach wall. The authors believe that introduction the most optimal digital technologies in the traditional X-ray radiography will increase the abilities of diagnosis of intraparietal tumors of gastrointestinal tract in common and a stomach cancer especially.
