Utilities of Complex Ultrasonography in Diagnostics of Metastatic Lesions of a Liver at a Stomach Cancer

The article deals the abilities of complex ultrasonography in the diagnostics of metastatic lesions in liver parenchyma and capsule at stomach cancer. It was illustrated that a traditional ultrasonography with 3,5–5 MHz probe have some essential drawbacks, which decrease diagnostic efficacy of the method. The additional application of high resolution probes (7,5–11 MHz) fro examination of a costal and partly diaphragmatic and visceral surface of the organ increases the detectability of subcapsular metastases at 57,1%, and capsular dissemination – at 50%.
