We present the mathematical model of autonomous system consisting of two linear three-member differential equations. The phase profiles of this system are examined in different conditions given in equations. The parameters under which the system has stable, semi-stable and unstable character are detected. It is shown that the suggested model of autonomous system may be successfully applied in the quantitative assessment of adaptation features of the cardiovascular vessels of the patients with IHD to physical exercises when the mathematical processing of scintigraphic sections of the left ventricle is conducted.
