The early CT-signs of Pulmonary Aspergillosis at Myelotoxic Agranulocytosis

The present article represents the radiological CT characteristics of minimal symptoms of the initial phase of lungs affection during aspergillosis. 56 oncohematological patients, suffering from a myelotoxic agranulocytosis were examined with a help of a multispiral computed tomography (MSCT). As a result, at 12 (21%) patients suffering form a profound myelotoxic agranulocytosis (MTA), the symptoms of limited lobular bronhiolitis, characterized by Tree-in- Bad symptoms were visualized. Radiogical symptoms of bronchiolitis, limited by one or several (2 to 4) lobes revealed 12 patients. These were considered as early symptoms of mucotic lesions in lungs.
