Diagnostic Imaging of Locally Disseminated Forms of a Prostate Cancer

The urgency of the investigation is determined by a high rate of a prostate cancer and unsettled questions of the diagnostic imaging of its local spread. On the basis of complex examination of 171 patients we defined the certain criteria of the local spread of the disease. The algorithm of application of different imaging modalities is cited in the view of diagnostics of extracapsular extension and distant metastasis of a prostate cancer. The rate and the extent of patient examination was standardize for early postoperative examination and for patients monitoring.
