Intestinal duplication cysts are congenital anomalies which can develop in any place along the intestinal path, meeting seldom enough. Cliniko-morphological comparisons of intestinal duplication cysts are resulted. Results of own researches are compared with the literature data. Complexities of preoperation radiology diagnostics are noted.
