Проанализированы данные литературы и представлены собственные наблюдения синдрома обратной артериальной перфузии, выявленные у плодов во время УЗИ беременных. Приведены частота, причины развития, клинические и морфологические особенности подобной аномалии развития, а также ее ультразвуковая характеристика.
