The article introduces a variant of pancreatoduodenal complex mobilization which belongs to “no-touch” approach. It also presents an analysis of different variants of mobilization with early identification and transection of arteries, supplying proximal part of the pancreas, which have recently appeared in literature. The literature review shows the “notouch” isolation method to be a quite promising approach for performing more radical surgery.
